Making further progress, TOPPING’s new flagship amplifier will be launched in late May!

I m listening on moderate volume levels, but i m thinking about better sound, like fuller midrange, fuller bass, bigger soundstage etc. I making a mistake? Pa7 sounds good, very clean, that s why i m asking if it s worth upgrading or not
As you say, Pa7 is already a clean amplifier with low noise, low distortion and flat frequency response, and in the top 20 of all amplifiers tested here. You will not get the "better" sound you are looking for by upgrading the amplifier.

You need to be looking at speakers, subwoofers, room treatment and/or room correction/equalisation.

It would be best to start with investing in a measurement microphone such as the umik1, and just measuring what your system is doing now.

According to shenzenaudio the release for b100 will happen soon. Likely same technology as b200 but optimized to be clean to the max.
According to the photo from the back side, Model: TP312? Any ralation to the Topping TP31 T-Amp Class T Amplifiers family? or just a rendering mistake?
By the way, in the comments sections it says August 27as releasing date.

The B100 was officially released today

From their facebook page:

"TOPPING B100 is officially released!
B100 power amplifier is a mono power amplifier with T’ang-ku-la module. The output power can reach 100W when connected to a 4-ohm speaker, and 70W when connected to an 8-ohm speaker. The THD+N of the B100 is <0.00007%, and the DNR and SNR are both 151dB, which is the top level in the industry.
The B100 is a mono design, providing 1-way XLR / TRS input and 1-way RCA input. Users need to purchase two B100s to form a stereo system, and use the 12V Trigger function to turn them on and off together. We recommend using two B100s with our DAC products or with the Pre90 preamplifier to achieve the best effect."

Topping B100
- 100w @4R
- 70w @8R

Can’t help myself but think TPA3255 PFFB stereo is fantastic value with performance.

For me, the Topping PA7Plus was clearly superior to the ASR Emitter 1 Exclusive amplifier from 2016, which once cost ca.12.000€.

OK, price has been revealed
"B100 mono pure power amplifier comes out at US$299"

B100 it s a class d or ab?
Topping responded to me on their Facebook page—Class AB.

I just placed my order for a pair from Apos. Hoping it is in stock, as they did not mention that it is a preorder anywhere on their product page. Topping also selling it from their official store on AliExpress, but they’re charging $654 for a pair of them there, whereas Apos has them for $299 each.

Input impedance is kind of low ,specially for RCA (5 kOhm) that's unusual for a class AB amp.

Low profile case makes me think Class D, and even TPA3255 amps should have a bigger case probably seeing how hot the recent ones are running overall.
No visible heat sink and slim low profile case for class AB amplifier, it must be a supper efficient amplifier then.

Judging by it's low power (I expect about 50 usable W at the knee) PS must use a sane voltage.
So it probably gets away with the small heatshink surface.

I also expect their recent history was a good lesson about thermals (internal or external)

A shame they use A-weight to inflate numbers, which are already stellar so why do it at all?

These multitone are top DAC levels. Insane! o_O

Do we know the gain used in this?
Cause if it's the low 10dB is close to meaningless for comparison with the rest of the amps.
Most likely the lowest gain, which is 0 dB on balanced, which is not very useful I guess.
Marketing shows a E70 Velvet as the DAC driving it, and it does 4.2V or 5.0V max on XLRs.
So I guess no one would use the low gain of the amp, minimum medium or high, which would increase the noisefloor some, and make less impressive measurements.

Let's wait for Amir to review it in more standard conditions.

Three gain settings:
Balanced/XLR: 0dB, 10.4dB, and 19.9dB
Single-ended/RCA: 6dB, 16.4dB, and 25.9dB.

Input impedance for single-ended input is 5kOhms but for balanced is 29kOhms.

Output impedance under 5mOhms.

Input sensitivity:
Balanced: 26.6/8.6/3Vrms L/M/H gain settings
Single-ended: 13.3/4.3/1.5Vrms

Stock power supply is 38V/4A.
