Do I need the extra power of the Toppings? Is it even more powerful? Someone pointed out that the topping specs are misleading because their based on a dac outputting 3 volts instead of 2 or something like that. I have an Asus Xonar U3 USB card I've been using and it gets plenty loud. I haven't noticed any distortion at listening volume. Would the extra power of a dac and amp bring out anything I may be missing with the xonar u3? Thanks. New to all this and am so tired of researching this stuff only to be as confused as ever.
