Mackie HR824s with Soncoz LA-QXD1, -10dBv or +4dBu?

Hi there. I'm using a pair of Mackie HR 824 powered studio monitors coming straight out of my LA-QXD1 DAC via XLR. My Mackies have adjustable input gain from -10dBv to +4dBu. Which setting would be correct for use with my Soncoz DAC via XLR? Thanks!

+4dBu (1.7V) the Soncoz will output 4V max on XLR but as you will be using volume control before the Mackie it will not be a problem.
-10dB = 0.45V so will be too sensitive.
