Hello. Quick question : how I am supposed to setup the DAC volume wise. Should I go max volume on the DACC and just use the speakers volume ? Or vice versa ?

Leave your DAC at 100%, 90% if you are worried about input clipping which rarely happens. Use the volume on the speakers to control the output. If it's more convenient use the volume on the player as intended. I always leave my DAC's and sources at 100% volume.
