Wrong bandwidth is used. There's no remaining harmonics in the measurement bandwidth to show the distortion.
With the very competent outcome of P20, I suspect all ths... err, technical BS, on A30 is deliberate. The flat line is laughable, but so is the ad writing. It is like they took words from a bad romance movie and put it through Google translate hoping for the best.
I have not seen any good objective look at P20 or teardown analysis, so I have not drawn final conclusions. I just have a very good subjective experience, especially at $99 with Amazon Prime.
I can't tell if this is an ad written for the Chinese market and then just translated to English for the International market, or if it is an attempt to copy the style of a glowing Stereophile review or something like that.
Regardless, this kind of thing, i.e. all the technical and subjective exaggeration, actually puts a lot of downward price pressure on products like this in the global market. If the Chinese market is big enough, maybe it is not a problem. I know I don't mind low prices as a consumer. Sometimes the excellent products speak for themselves, but it sets low expectations for the service part of the product mix. The manual is not going to be any better than the ad. Same goes for answers to any technical questions after purchase. And these may be correlated to warranty service and other things at the end of the day.
I like the way you are calling out the nonsensical technical information. You embrace competition so fervently. Nothing could be better to drive innovation, and it shows you expect to run hard to stay at the front of the pack.
