Low cost DAC for TV connection to integrated amplifier

hallo everybody.
I’m looking for a DAC to connecto to my smart TV (optical cable) to an integrated amplifier (Rega Brio) using standard RCA cables
Something in a budget, let’s say below Euro 70 but with decent quality
The Topping D10 could be an option or something similar (maybe cheaper if possible with similar performance)
