Are you trying to make a new mix/version of the song you can play?
That's (currently) beyond any normal audio editing/processing.
There are tools to strip-out the vocals and they are getting better with AI, but what I've heard (or played around with) doesn't give "professional quality".
Audacity has a
Vocal Reduction and Isolation effect, but it's not AI. It mostly works by subtracting left from right to kill anything in the "center". Lead vocals are usually in the center, but that's not the only thing in the center.
Then with Audacity, you, or someone else, could sing, record, and mix-in new vocals.
Of course, there are online tools for translating text. But with lyrics you normally need some creativity to make the new lyrics rhyme and/or to get a good musical meter.
Maybe there are some artificial intelligence websites that can do it, but for any commercial song it will be a copyright violation so even if possible, they probably won't do it.
It's a copyright violation if you do it yourself with Audacity too, but nobody will come-after you as long as you don't distribute it or post it on the Internet.
