Looking for new ANC headphones

I've been using Samsung Buds2 Pro IEMs to listen to music at work, but I notice that I get itchy ears when I keep them in for too long. So now I'm looking for some decent headphones for the same purpose.
Most important to me is a decent sound quality. They don't have to be 100% compliant to the latest Harmann OE target curve, but if they get reasonably close it would be nice.
I've been looking at measurements from different sources and it's clear that it's difficult to compare the data from different sources. But trends can be detected. Most of these headphones seem to be quite bass heavy. But maybe that's a desired characteristic for these ANC headphones?
Some (P)EQ capability would be nice for when I use them with my phone. (I could also use Wavelet) When I use them with my work laptop, I do not have any EQ available. (Or the EQ should be stored on the headphones themselves)
ANC is required but doesn't need to be the absolute best. I will use these in transparency mode quite often.
A good mic is nice. As long as I'm intelligible I'm OK with it.
The cups can not be too small. I think I'm OK with most OE designs of the bigger brands.

Currently I'm looking at:
Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless
Bose QuiteComfort Ultra Headphones (budget cap)
Bose QuiteComfort Headphones

I've had a look at the Sony WH-1000XM5, but I think the bass shelf extends way too much into the midrange. (Rtings measurements) Is this fixable without EQ at the source? LDAC is nice to have.
There's the Cambridge audio Melomania P100, but this seems to have pretty poor ANC implementation and is harder to find.
I have the Sony MDR-ZX770BN. I only use them at home when doing some chores (mainly while listening to podcasts). I'm not a fan of the sound (muffled) and the comfort is a bit meh. The cups are on the smaller side for me. Bigger would be better.
The ANC is quite bad and they lack transparency mode.
So the new ones definitely need to be better than these.

Have you considered the offerings from Nothing? They work with DIRAC to provide DSP for some of their models. They sounds great, look super modern, (if that's what you're into) and are very reasonably priced. I am completely addicted to my AirPods Pro 3s and AirPods Pro Max, but if I decided to go another direction, it would be with Nothing.

Take my recommendation with a grain of salt. (obviously, I use AirPods) I am a career audio engineer and at this point in life, I am actually allergic to clinical dead flat studio monitor sound. It is the right tool for my profession, but by gawd it's fatiguing. When I go home, I listen to tubes or amps designed by Nelson Pass, on single driver, full range, point source speakers. I am not the usual dead flat at all costs, measurements are the only thing that matters, ASR bible thumper.

Cheers!

I was reading this test, which includes the Nothing headphone 1. It's an interesting product. Altough I'm not sure about the styling.

I found a 2nd hand (nearly new) Sennheiser Momentum 4 for a very good price.
I think this is perfectly suitable for what I need. It sounds very nice, the transparency mode is adjustable and works quite well. It pairs perfectly with the laptop.
Didn't have the chance to test the mic yet.
