Looking for insight/opinions on Audio Clips --- NEED HELP DESPERATELY

I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong section or if this post isn't allowed at all but I am in desperate need of some insight. Long story short, My husband believes that I had an affair with his friend due to an audio recording from our home security camera. Just for reference, Our security camera was placed outside on the wall and the big car door was open all the way to the top. This has turned my life into absolute shambles. Its almost been a year and we are at the brink of divorce because he just refuses to believe me. I hired a company to enhance the audio as the original is extremely quiet. I literally can't hear what he is talking about on the original or the professionally enhanced version. He ended up downloading a bunch of different audio software programs and began editing the original to try and enhance it himself. Programs such as Audacity, Izotope RX10, etc. In his edited version, I can now understand why he would think that because they sound pretty questionable. You can hear what seems to be breathing noises and what not but I do not understand how his edit sounds like that now. I absolutely did NOT have an affair and these sounds can't be heard in the original or in the professionally enhanced version. I spoke to another forensic audio specialist and he basically said that my husbands edited version was distortions that caused it to sound that way, but didn't really explain any further. He wanted almost $400 for 5 minutes of editing and the original audio is 27 mins long so yeah way out of my price range. I don't know what to do and I really need help. If anyone could possible shed some light as to why his edited version sounds the way it does or possibly if someone experienced could enhance the original? I am willing to pay for this to be done. My life has been turned upside down and I just want this to be sorted. I am at my witts end. Heres the link if anyone wants to take a listen:

I only uploaded the first 5 minutes as again, the original is 27 mins long. But all the breathy sounds are mostly in the first 5 minutes anyways. There will be 3 files: The original, My husbands edit, and the professionally enhanced edit. Any insight or opinions would be so greatly appreciated.

I'd order a polygraph tester on Amazon which are accurate enough, just not for a court of law. Pass with flying colors and settle it simply. Can always return it on Amazon with their policy being so good, so you're not stuck with it. It's just yes or no questions you can make a list ahead of time and agree on.

That would be the first time an audio forum would help avoiding a divorce.
It's usually the other way around.

Maybe he's having the affair and this is just a gaslighting type of smokescreen on his part. Regardless, this public forum is not really the place to be airing snippets of dodgy, covert recordings containing potential infidelities and asking for random strangers to perform forensic analysis is it?

Anyway, why would you play hide the sausage with his friend within earshot of the home security camera that you knew was in operation? You wouldn't. You'd meet in a park, a hotel, his place, under a bridge, in a car, anywhere but the marital home. Surely he could not think you are that stupid. It's an insult to you to not think you'd cover your tracks really well.

Maybe he wants you to admit to liking his friend so you can all pile in the sack together- who knows.

breathy sounds

Not hearing breathing sounds... am hearing birds, a dog, TV/phone convo background voices and breeze/wind (this can sound like breathing as the air passes the mic).

I must say if your husband thinks this is evidence of cheating, it's a bit of a worry as this is displaying clear signs of a potential paranoia condition.

The cornerstone of any marriage is trust... I hope you both can resolve this issue. However it is a possibility that your husband may need some type of counselling assistance. Try to help him with this and try to redevelop trust based on that help. An option may be to attend couples counselling and see if this issue can be addressed during same. Best of luck.

Seriously now,a good way to see if it's breathing and not just air blowing,is to compare with another timestamps before or after the "incident" .
Or another day with similar atmospheric conditions.
That should be easy to do.

Sorry for the late response. I suppose that all I really wanted was to try and get some other unbiased opinions from people who don't know either of us. He tells me all his friends agree with him and anybody that I've shown agrees with me. Its an absolute shit show. But he told me that if this were in a court of law and we had a jury of 20 people, apparently every single person would agree that this recording sounds like sex. I thought to myself... Hmm that's not a bad idea! Lol! Screw it, Let's ask some strangers then! Glad I could provide you all with some popcorn worthy drama. My life is a circus lol

Hey, didn't see this the first time around, but I spent a few minutes messing with it and couldn't find any section that sounds like sex. All I could pick up is some giggling and murmuring.

I have to say if this is the only thing that makes him think you're cheating, he's insane, he's got to have something else?

Anyway, I listened to the professionally enhanced version. There is a short section around 2:30 where you can hear what sort of sounds like heavy breathing. However, because there's so much compression applied to this, quiet sounds get louder (and loud sounds get quieter). Any "breath" sounds are already way down in the noise, so they'll tend to sound a lot more "breathy" / heavy than they would in real life.

Like I think if you were really trying to hear something sexy, maybe that was it. But I honestly think it's more of an artifact than anything.

If there was any sex going on in this recording, I didn't hear anything definitive.
