Looking for help restructuring my current desktop setup

My entire desktop setup is currently run through a Yamaha MG10XU (due to it being USB), and while I like this mixer and would continue using it until it dies, I'm getting tired of only having a single audio input/output device within Win 10. This is causing some issues where specific EQ profiles in Peace are messing with my mic volume levels and I have to constantly swap between profiles when switching between headphones and speaker listening (which I do often). It's so nice being able to hit a button, turn two dials and swap over from speakers to mic + headphones for voice work or gaming sessions, while also being able to easily adjust monitor my mic, and change input and listening output settings on the mixer. I would love a way to do this while also being able to assign each device individually within Win 10, without losing the ability to monitor my mic in the headphones from time to time, without latency.

So far I haven't stumbled across an easy way to do this.

Budget: Under $5000

Here is my current setup:

- Win 10 PC
- Mixer/DAC: Yamaha MG10XU
- Sub: SVS PC-4000
- Speakers: 2x Genelec 8030C
- Amp: Topping A30 Pro
- Headphones: Hifiman HE1000 V2
- Mic: Shure SM7B

If this isn't this proper section, feel free to point me in the right direction.

Hey, welcome to ASR! I think I have done a similar use case with the following:

PC --> Topping DX5 Lite --> 8030s + 2x Subs (XLR + RCA out)
PC --> Topping DX5 Lite --> Headphones
MIC --> MOTU M2 --> PC

What I haven't done is route the mic separately but I'm FAIRLY sure you can do this with voicemeeter? Not sure how latency would fare there, but I think it's possible.

Much appreciated. It has been awhile since I've used VM, tbf, but it used to have pretty noticeable latency, even with a bit of tweaking. Guess I could test it out prior to pulling the trigger on any new gear.

The latency could be bad in this situation, I am not sure if ASIO works with Voicemeeter, but I think it's worth a shot.
