Looking for desktop speaker amps

Ok, so i'm most likely looking at getting a desktop setup using the buchardt s400 for speakers and would need an amp for them within the $1k range (or less :p). Also, it would be something to send to amir for testing since not many amps have been tested around here. So if anyone has any idea of something that's semi compact and shown/hinted to measure well i'm all open to suggestion.

Also, i've noticed another hypex ncore module user for amps in the netherlands if anyone has heard/tried one https://internetofmusic.nl/

If I were in the market for a desktop amp today in that price range, this is $600USD, I'd probably purchase the following:

It uses a known quantity in that it's based around the ICEpower 125ASX2 module. So unless they've seriously messed up the manufacture of the unit, its performance should be as listed:

Granted, these modules aren't as well measuring as Hypex, but I'd argue that they'd be transparent to the vast majority of listeners... :cool:
