I wish Zero 2 sat securely in my ears. I'd say be open to try more than one IEM in case fit doesn't work out for you.

For most average shaped IEMs, I’d say it’s more finding tips that work for you. Spinfit XL make every IEM fit nicely for me, including Zero 2.

Zero 2 is not an average shaped IEM though. At least compared to the 30+ IEMs I have had. Most worked fine with the stock tips, including many sub-$25 IEMs.

For me, I had no issues with the shape of the IEM fouling my outer ears, just the tips provided aren't big enough.
