Looking for bass heavy IEMs

If Oneplus buds you are referring in the first post are the ones measure here, maybe Qkz Hades are the most in line with them, still a bit priecier than your budget

no these are wired

im talking about the wireless nord buds / nord buds 2
ok, then I can't find measurements, anyway Hades still remain a great option if you want very very strong bass and not much of the rest of the spectrum, or if you can find Kbear Rosefinch, they should be around your budget.
Here is a comparison with 7Hz Zero 2 that others have mentioned

I'm not an audiophile, just someone who enjoys a lot of bass. I listen to hip hop and am searching for an IEM that can deliver the same deep, thumping bass I get from the OnePlus Nord Buds. Some might call it 'muddy bass,' but that's exactly what I'm after. I'm less concerned about clear vocals as it's not even important to me and more interested in a bass heavy experience where the bass dominates and sometimes even overlaps with the mids. If you know of any IEMs that can deliver this kind of sound, please let me know.
Are you on ios or android? Android has wavelet to eq enabling you to get a cheap low distortion iem like 7hz zero 2 and eq it to your hearts desire.

Anything from 1More, they are all bass heavy. Amir recommended the IEM's and the over ear Sonoflow which are a steal $80 on Amazon.

Sony usually goes for quite bassy sound.
I have the $10 MDR-EX15AP and I like them, although I EQ the upper bass down and add a gentle treble shelf.
But you may like them as-is.

They have an advantage of being very small and comfortable too.

Probably anything from Sony's Extra Bass series (XB in the model number) would also fit your needs.
For example, the XB-50

From OP first post:

Scarlet mini and other iems mentioned seems more in line with his request. And Jabra are wireless, just like Oppo buds he already owns, so I assume he's searching something wired.

Two pages for $25 IEMs, time to jump in the pool and swim. If you don't like try again in a month or two.

I wish Zero 2 sat securely in my ears. I'd say be open to try more than one IEM in case fit doesn't work out for you.

that sounds good! if the iem doesn't give me the sound im looking for, i can tweak it with some eq adjustments

and yes im on android

Then try wavelet and put it in legacy mode.

oh yes, the good old Pana, how I didn't think about them? I own the HJE125 (non mic version) and they are muddy as hell, but super comfortable and with eq they shine.

If you can eq them they are just great. You can have without much power deep bass that shakes all brain cells. ;)
