I have a D50 iii, A50 iii stack. My speakers are micro monitor pros so I can't just cut power to the pros as they use a soft start/off so they will pop. So I just leave them on 24/7.

I want to make the A50 use trs but I could just go rca out of the D50 and use the D50 remote to swap outputs but I would rather have a physical switch regardless and not use the remote. Currently I use windows sound with a digital wheel and leave the dac at 32db.

I see the nob sound little bear MC103-Pro xlr box is transparent and would work for my needs but I'm trying to keep everything trs and small if I can and within the footprint of the D50, A50 stack and that is like 20 mm to long. It would fit but not look great.

So my question is does anyone make basically a MC103-Pro but as a trs variant as I can't find one?

Side note: this is mostly research, as at the moment all of my headphones except one have a balanced cable available to them and I should probably just use the rca out to the A50, use the remote as the swap and just not lose the remote. Going balanced to the A50 I assume has no benifit once the end result is unbalanced or is the A50 still better with a balanced input regardless because of a cleaner signal to the device?
