Hi, complete newbie here who also happens to be a broke college student. I originally had a speaker setup at my dorm but my roommate has found that to be an issue. I currently have a Sony blu-ray player that I bought from local goodwill and a schitt modi 3 as my DAC. I mostly listen to electronic music (such as IDM, ambient, electro and such), indie rock, shoegaze, and hip hop. What are some recs for headphones and amps within my budget?

I'm not a headphone user, but researched a bit for possible future needs that keep getting postponed. The Sennheiser 58X from Drop was a great deal when it was on sale for $130 but nothing to suggest now. Your budget is really tight if you want both amp and phones for $250 total.
