Looking for a DAC + Headphone Amp needs a micro USB input and a 5 V micro USB for external power

Hi,

I am looking for a DAC + Headphone amp. Important is that the audio comes via an micro USB input and that the unit gets it power from a micro USB 5 volt input.
It needs to have good sound qulity but more importantly a headphone out which boosts the audio signal in gain. Actually just like the SMSL M3.

Curious limitation. Why won't USB cables or adapters with different terminations work (A to Micro, C to Micro, etc)? This would give you much greater flexibility in hardware choice.

That would actually also work.
