looking for a 2.1 av receiver for specific usage...

my nr696 broke lately
it receive 4k signal from uhd player to bypass 4k to tv that function fail,the uhd player said 4k signal unsupported,then i tried 1080p or 720p all fail to bypass video to tv
the tv screen blank screen when i select the hdmi input port of uhd player

2.the subwoofer silent sound when i select 2.1 speaker setup on setting,there is noise from subwoofer when i run onkyo room cal,but there is bass coming from subwoofer when i play spotify

i need a av receiver that connect to a xlr input active speaker 8010a,which i add a xlr to rca adapter to it,so i need a receiver can pre out front channel

also the nr696 can not measure multi listening position that make it feel cheap and crap

does denon x3800h a good choice?

i have a very tight budget for the receiver to serve 2.1 speaker

i use mrx740 to connect this 2.1 speaker (ns sw200 sub),and run arc correction which confirm the subwoofer can reproduce bass normally
but nr696 seems to only output stereo from front speaker only

the lesson that i learned never buy a cheap one ,but a live longevity av stuff device

which produce would be my target

A bit difficult to follow what you are asking (e.g. why do you need a new device if you have a mrx740?)
You might want to take a look at the Wiim Ultra (2.1 smart preamp with HDMI input)
