German television had a live TV show at that time with unfiltered live shows, called "Rockpalast". You can find most of the recordings somewhere, some were offically released.I was in absolute shock to hear a proto-punk live record sounding this good. Would welcome other suggestions of the same style & period

Maybe the older recordings but nowadays classical recordings are edited very much.I'm confused. Am I too old, or does not anyone realize that a great many classical orchestral works are recorded live, with no editing?
