Fresh(*) and energetic versions of Led Zep and Black Crowes songs, plus rock and blues standards. Play loud.

(*) Fresh as in interpretation, not as in age - the album is nearly 17 years old...

It's amazing that Tidal even has a massive selection of MFSL mastering's. Stunning sound.

As a HUGE Kate Bush fan I'm hoping that the November release of "Before the Dawn" (4LP boxset), which was recorded from her London concerts in 2014, is all I expect it to be. It should be as she's a perfectionist and the Fish People pressings have been outstanding.

Oh my! 8 minute version of Mary Had A Little Lamb. Shredding. Can't wait to get to the last track, Oreo Cookie Blues, featuring Lonnie Mack.

Sound quality is nothing to write home about, but the performance is great. Saw him live 2 times. Full bodied sound from just 3 musicians on stage. Truly in the Hendrix school of blues/rock.

12 minute version of Life Without You. Fox Theatre in Atlanta, GA ... those folks had one heck of a New Year's Eve show. They get/got glorious shows from the likes of Gov't Mule and The Allmans too. Lucky dogs.

Then there is this amazing live album, definitely one of my all time favorites, also from Georgia:

Just listening to this mob, the groove immediately kicked this man into view ...

If your system can do this cleanly at realistic volumes then the transportation is complete ... :D.

Lol Ron beat me to it... :D

As a band playing together it's fantastic! No cheesy country it's great music throughout. They got some George Clinton funky undertones for sure!
Just got around to listening to this all the way thru. Not exactly great SQ (maybe the Spotify 320 feed?) but the music is pure kick ass. Will stay permanently on my Spotify list.
