Linear Power supply?? - Pro-ject S2 Ultra streamer

Hi, Is it worthwhile to upgrade the PS on the Pro-ject S2 Ultra streamer with one from the UK for $2-300, or take a chance on a Chinese one for $100?
Or is this a waste of time and $?

Some claim massive improvements others say it's a waste of time an money.
When you want or expect to hear improvements they will be there.

I say... don't waste your money on things like this but it is your money so you should spend it on whatever you want.
From a technical P.O.V. it is highly unlikely the output will actually change.
