LG V60 vs fiio M17 vs Astell Kern SP3000 will i notice better sound audio quality in my car?

I agree. I leave my LG V50 (car and camping/hiking DAP) connected to the 3.5mm in my car and plug it into the usb in the car when needed. For office and home, I use my trusty FiiO M15.

I own a Astell & Kern SR35 and it sounds amazing for such a small device and powers my 6xx with no issues. It's also very well built. Haven't heard the SP3000.

The amp of v60 and fiio m17 might be different. There is also a 4.4mm jack for the fiio which may be useful to some.

Edit: just saw the usage is in the car so using fiio m17 or the sp3000 would be overkill imho

You can use the AUX mode for headphones that need higher power on LG V60. Simply first insert a 3.5mm extension cable then insert your headphone will do the trick. This thing can drive most headphones in this way. When you use that in a car then it's already aux so no difference.
I can't see why people are buying portable players with crazy price.

I wouldn't buy anything from Astell & Kern, not after my SR25 battery blew up from regular use.
The backing came off and now it isn't even portable anymore, so it's just a DAC until my 1000 $ dies on me.
I can just imagine what temp fluctuations from leaving a A&K DAP in the car would do...

how sounds sr35? im just sold my sr25ii and not like its bassy sound.

I have had the SR35. Sounds good but the interface is slow.

Hmmm... Maybe a "bad" EQ setting... Almost ALL electronics have flat frequency response (ignoring EQ or tone controls). It's a cheap & easy thing to accomplish.

In fast most audio electronics are better than human hearing unless you overdrive an amplifier (or something) into clipping/distortion. Or sometimes there can be audible noise (hum, hiss, or whine in the background). You are not likely to get noise from a digital audio player or phone, but in a car system the amplifier can often pick-up electrical noise, and a high-power high-gain amplifier will amplify the noise making it more noticeable.

Speakers & headphones are a different story... Frequency response is NEVER perfectly flat, and room acoustics also affect frequency response. With speakers, off-axis frequency response also interacts with acoustic reflections to complicate things.

I bought a Shanling M6 Pro 2021 to replace it. Way better battery life and overall performance.

I use tidal. It was painfully slow and didn't even play sometimes. Same with the other apps on the SR35. The Shanling is nearly as fast as my phone and has a lot more power. In BT mode it lasts more than 30 hours. Over all better deal for me.

yes,my shanling has top amp,top dac chip,i like android 10 ,6gb ram ,128gb rom and its fast as my iphone when scrolling, looking youtube videos, facebook same time when listen streaming tidal. but has warmer body as its powerfull dap 900mW at 4.4. so,im like skipped upgrading my sr25ii to sr35. just for ak sound and light small weight 8ram, 256rom 6.3Vrms output,4x dac chips, im ordered sp3000m this week. looked ar se300 but its 300gr heavy ,dont has crossfeed, big vs my shanling m7 ,would say m7 is near small light top sounding dap with 5' screen ,fast ui etc. vs other top sounding daps from 400-500gr weighted.

Maybe, if your car is in park with engine off on a quiet lane somewhere. Seriously though any audio system is only as good as its weakest link - look at the specs for all components in the change - if the LG and the AK are both better in terms of distortion than the factory sound system then you will not be able discern any difference between the two, at least not in the car.

I drive an EV now. The moment I turn on air-conditioning even when stationary the noise produced makes any aftermarket DAC moot, let alone road noise which I subjectively feel the same as a ICE.
