That's close by where we were.. Yeah, traffic was horrible- my commute to Carol Stream was one of my motivators to move here to Arizona.

I work in South Elgin now while I live in Volo, My wife works in Northbrook so yea no escape from traffic. We would love to leave the state but all our family and friends live here so we feel stuck.

Stop in a Salernos on the Fox in St Charles. Best pizza you'll find outside the inner city.

Typical breakfast/brunch. 1 russet, 1 yellow potato. kinda cubed. 1 tsb olive oil, mix in a big bowl. Oven at 400 degrees f. Spread on large cookie pan, on layer of parchment paper. 1/4 bell pepper, 1/8 red onion, sautéed in 1 tsb butter, medium heat. When potatoes start to brown, add two Moringstar sausages, these are the maple-flavored variety. Dave's Everything Bagel.

Here is a THX approved pasty, that I consumed 2014 and once warmed up in the microwave oven, gave the pastry a smooth crumbly texture that was scrummy warm and delicious of the herbs and spices.

I am not a huge beef eater, though I do enjoy a good streak or roast from time to time. I also like sweetbreads and other organ meats. Still, I do like interesting meat-based dishes, so goodbye Epicurious!

Tasty. I like it.
Gave it 5 minutes cooking.
Consumed it 2015 not done anymore since then but was tasty.

Its still cooking... Chicken Dolby SR Curry (THX approved) Second serving in two nights. These slow-cookers are (THX approved) the chicken SR meal should last till Friday I guess not bad for cheap meal as I gotta eat if I want to listen in Dolby SR (THX).

Chicken Curry and rice for tomorrow slow cooking since 21:10hrs should be cooked/finished by 02:00hrs.
Chicken breasts chopped small
x2 jars Curry sauce
Sliced onion
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced mushrooms
x4 packets of original rice
The sauce tastes mild and I can always improve next time around with additional herbs/spices.

I did feel remorseful for the poor chicken and not had chicken since as I have Boycotted chicken cos fo the way they are treated.

Consumed 2015 not cooked one since then.
