Good dieting food if keeping the mayo in moderation. Keep the weight down.

co-op baked potatoes x4
convection oven 190 degrees 80 mins cooking time wrapped up in tinfoil and last 30 mins unwrap and let it be baked though .

Tuna fish (sunflower)
Sweet corn (low salt)
Mayonnaise (low light)

I noticed the tuna can has been opened in a rather differently manner than the usual can opener does it. What brand is the can opener. I need a good one and am tired of buying new can openers that suck after 3 months. I might try that unusual one that you use.

being near the ocean get all the best foods including fish and chips fresh fish ( poor creature ) and potatoes so fresh as well new each day . where do they get all that from ? i bet it comes from another out of space planet . no way this planet is producing all this with 8 billion on the planet .

the taste of the meal had good dB with low s/n ratios it was tasty and i felt sorry for ( the poor creature ) also lots of flies buzzing around after while got fed up with all the flies sat on the table and cutlery reminded me of that fly guy jeff goldblum
