A question for you all a chap who owns a pair of LEED speakers,
Impédance nominale : 4 ohms
Impédance minimale : 3,5 ohms à 300 Hz
Puissance admissible : 500 watts
Régularité bande passante : +/-1,5 dB de 100 Hz à 20 kHz
Réponse en basses fréquences (Bessel 2e ordre): – 3 dB à 50 Hz /- 6 dB à 25 Hz /- 8 dB à 20 Hz
Réponse en phase : +/- 15° de 500 Hz à 20 kHz
Directivité de 500 Hz à 20 kHz : – 3 dB à 30° / – 6 dB à 45°
Sensibilité : 83 dB / 1 m / 2,83 v
Poids : 15 kg
Dimensions L x H x P (au sol) : 39cm x 108cm x 41 cm
Is driving them with a,
Resolution Audio C50 Integrated Amplifier (From C50 owners manual).
Dimensions: 43 x 22 x 5 cm (net) / 54 x 33 x 22 cm (shipping)
Weight: 5.5 kg (net) / 12 kg (shipping)
Power Requirements: Preconfigured at factory
100-120 / 200-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz
Power Consumption: 160 Watts maximum active mode, < 1 Watt standby mode
Inputs:
Balanced: 2 pairs, XLR
Single-Ended: 2 pairs, RCA
Outputs:
Speaker: 1 pair, 4mm bananna
Red – positive (+)
Blue – negative (–)
Yellow – ground (if available on loudspeaker)
Power Output: 50 Watts into 8 Ohms
Maximum Gain: +26.5 dB at volume level 100
Analog Attenuation:
0.5 dB steps from -30 dB to maximum
1.0 dB steps from -70 dB to -31 dB
I am going to look for some measurements of the loudspeakers but LEEd are not common, I actually heard them being demonstrated at the Munich show fifteen or so years ago, they are worth a look if you are not familiar with them.
Question is would you say the Leeds are being properly driven by the Resolution integrated?
Thank you in advance,
Keith
