Hey, I have bought new speakers KRK Rokit but sound sounds crazy, like without basses. The top side looks damaged (maybe?). Look at the pictures.

If bought new then send it back for replacement, I’ve had Rokit 5’s and 7’s, plenty bass so something is wrong or if they are 2nd hand then the previous owner has messed about with the eq settings on the rear screen, reset to factory setting.
