I'm more into jazz and electro but can enjoy old school hiphop too, and it’s been few months only that I discovered these gems from Korea.
I think it started with movies and tv shows, they’re very productive, invested a lot into soft power.
Apparently it’s well known that Korean language is great for hiphop, must say I often hear latin, slavic & english phonemes, very punchy and sharp but can also be soft, seems very flexible and adaptive.
Production is usually great too, very creative, puts your system to the limits.
Anyway I usually browse apple music suggestions, jump by jump but I like less than 10% of them, it’s often diluted in R&B or k-pop, there are strong bridges there.
Since I discovered here a lot on electro, figured maybe some of you like it too and can share.
