KEF LS50 Wireless II for $600 USD - Would I be insane to pass on it?

Hi everyone!
I did not think I was in the market and looking for speakers but I came across someone who is selling a pair of KEF LS50 Wireless II speakers for $600 USD and I am wondering if the price is too good to pass up?

I have speakers already for my home theater but I certainly could get these for a secondary system, or try them with my theater setup (although they have limiter at 100db as far as I am aware).

I guess what I am asking is that price a no brainer and just buy them even if I don't know where I will use them?

I wouldn't buy them, but if you do, you can try them and sell them on if you don't like them.

Btw: in Europe they retail for 1400 new.

The discussion was about the Ls50 Wireless II - important is II.
Not the ones you listed. Vastly different speaker and price point. Plus make sure it is clear if pricing is for the pair or individual speaker (sorry my Dutch is a bit rusty ;-))

Yeah its looking more and more like a scam (it started off very promising, hence why I posted on here). Thanks for the advice and info though.
Will let you know if it magically turns a 180, but looking to be fake.

Bummer. Almost all deals that are to good to be true are fake, or stolen items.
Not many folks on this planet see selling hifi way below it's actually value as a fun charity activity.
I mean even if in a hurry for $ they could even sell them in a single day for well more than double that price.

To bad though I hope you find a suitable other deal. Sometimes they are indeed real as I have from time to time picked up a really nice deal.
