Just found this video thought to share.

Sorry it seems I am speaking in my own head (only I understood).

Many people believe “superior beings” to be flawless or that they do not struggle with similar impulses and illogical actions similar to human beings.

I believe there exists a scale for superior beings and they can be “pathetic” and have the potential to be impaired/compromised.

Iam sry i dont see any evidence for superior beeings that have any influence to us.

But we have influence on animals no? And bacteria and viruses have influence on human beings. So it is only logical to think other categories of beings can have influence on humans?

Also I have an issue with the idea human beings are the most superior beings in the universe. It seems very self-centered and narcissistic.
Similar to how earlier it was believed the earth is the center of the universe.

I guess the “superior” theory is flawed. I should just say different.
Engineered by a different being.

Oh ants can have influence on us. I would not call them superior. And i not think they engineered us. So for superior beeings, i miss the facts. If they exist and we not see how they influence us. If they are not willing to show feedback, they are as interesting like a elephant for a ant that stands on it.

Gentlemen please stay away from turning this into a religious conversation about creation vs evolution argument. Please and thank you.

Yes so not very interesting. But we are talking about theories which of there is little fact.

I think it has not gone there yet, but I understand your message and will refrain from further replies.
Thanks.

From a science point of view, we talk about hypotheses. As long there is no way to proof, it will never be a theory.

I always think it odd when child birth is described as a miracle.

The fact there are 7 billion people on the planet would suggest that it's quite a commonplace occurance.

It's nonsense.

(..Stick around, maybe we'll even get to "speciesism" eventually, that human life is of more value than animal life.
SUBJECTIVE / OBJECTIVE
...BIAS? Really? )

From a pure engeneering point of view. Every live is a miracle.

Just think about a fruit fly. Man what a advanced engeneering. And no iam not religious. Just looking at the mechanics, its a miracle.

Check the meaning of the word. I don't mean figuratively. You know what the most common [original] use of it is. (Ref. Christianity.)
People call things "miracle" when they have no knowledge or very little knowledge of the physics involved - physics, biology, etc. More education, more science/physics and so on, less miracles.
And then of course they quite commonly use the word "magic" in this context of audiophilery.

Amazing, yes, but "miracle," no. So I'm saying there is no such thing, only lack of knowledge.

The definition of miracle I have is: You are wandering lost in the desert and a McDonald’s cheeseburger falls out of the sky.

It is very impressive and miraculous, but there can be a perfectly rational explanation of how it happened.
(Co-pilot buys McDonald’s and fumbles burger and it gets sucked out the open plane window)

And even when something you think is completely impossible happens, given enough time, there is a completely rational explanation.

Nobody ever says "the miracle of malaria." Malaria really is amazing, how it gets around our immune system. The point being the word miracle is normally used in a positive sense to describe things that are important and desirable to us, and that for various reasons seem amazing or imponderable to us.

I accept. Using the word "wunder" is in commen german language not realy bound to religion. So we use it, if someone jumps out of a plane, the parashutes dont open and he/she lives. Something amazing just from propability. So if in english miracle is bound more to religious interpretation iam sry i did not know. And it was not intented as such.
Yep the finer parts of the language, iam german i am allowed to do this. ;)

An opinion I have is that from the universes perspective, we have evolved and become “human” much more quickly than we perceive.

Almost Logarithmic in scale, so all this evolution has happened at an accelerating pace.

Yes, the majority of our evolution (cell mechanisms, sodium/potassium ion processes, dna/rna) happened long before we evolved into a mammal genus.

The fact that a percentage of us choke and die every year because we only have one hole for everything to go in is evidence enough that the engineer is bad at his job and is nowhere to be seen in trying to correct this. Dolphins got a blowhole. Just saying. He must hate us.

I think there's something to the notion of gods as manifestation of the world around us: Not human-centric, and certainly not one's personal concierge, but worthy of our respect, as our well-being depends on them. Unless you imagine that you can live a good life without the fungus beneath our feet, cyanobacteria on the oceans, or pollinating creatures.

I'm just checking this website looking for evidence of an evolutionary branch that splits humans into auris iusto and auris auream.

And i need the miracles of modern technologie to translate this ;)

Maybe human beings are just “fine cheese”?

To my understanding we would not be able to live at all without the microbiota in our gut which are needed for proper digestion.

I actually have a fascination with fungi, I have my own theories about it’s powerful role.

Maybe that is where the engineers are hiding, in our gut, so we cannot confront them and punch them in the face (typical human behavior).
