Sorry to hear that. Yes, I recall we offered to replace your Element III early on. Offer still stands. Please PM or email and I will be glad to take care of this for you.

Thank you so much, your support has always been stellar, and indeed I recall your generous offer, I was just too lazy to act on it. :) (And wow, I can't believe you took action so promptly on a semi-holiday for many of us.)

I'll PM you, and know I don't expect you to do it for free at all!

Hope you and yours had a great Thanksgiving.

That is fricking awesome service @pablolie. I am so happy to see you taken care of in such a proper stellar manner. @jseaber when I used the JDS Labs website it all worked good'n proper, easy to find the information and warranty terms etc and then I purchased a DAC from JDS labs and the proficiency, rapidity and efficiency of the entire operation and process right to my door was a standard setting example of the way it should be done. I can't emphasize enough how fast everything occurred and how it was out the door and in Canada at my door so rapidly with zero effort on my part and it was all so easy. There are so many companies operating that are absurdly stupid, totally moronic companies that would be idiots and fools if they where humans and your company was perfect.

And it gets better, see https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...-dac-hp-amp-with-eq-review.59002/post-2462288

I am extremely pleased, and pledge allegiance to future JDS Labs products! :-)

It is? As far as I was aware it was just Schiit and JDS Labs. Is there a third company I am not aware of?
Not really. JDS offer a great built in PEQ with the Ele4, Schiit have a great budget AIO with the new Magni Unity + Mesh DAC, and Apos are doing the Gremlin/Merlin combo for balanced output. All good choices tbh, but each have a clear purpose.
