Yes. I found a pair of M2. I’m going to pick them up Saturday. Because the M2 was designed for that purpose, it makes much more sense to use them. Ill miss the 4367 speakers tho. They were wonderful.

Your suggestion I try out the M2 instead of trying to convert the 4367 turned out to be very good advice. I’m glad I didn’t try to play engineer. I’m just a lawyer.

Yes. The Benchmark gear is really the thing that got my wheels turning again about using my own crossovers and EQ for the M2. I’d thought about it before. But now I can see how the gear part of it makes it easy.

The crossover will be similar to an NT 2 octave. FIR generated by Audiolense. I use Jriver convolver for routing. The Lynx Hilo is the heart of the digital setup. The Hilo will use four analog outs and the benchmark connect to Hilo over AES will use 2 analog outs. So a total of 6 channels.

I’ve sold a lot of audio gear on audiogon. I used to think Krell had the most interest and highest resale versus price paid. I remember I sold my Krell 900e amps for a little less than I paid for them.

But now, it’s clear to me that JBL does even better WRT resale. I sold them in less than 24 hours for almost asking price.
