The 705P is active, so doesn't need a power amp and the 4309 is a passive speaker so does.
This negates the price appearing to be the same.

I suggest you give both of them a try at home in your listening room and decide for yourself, which sounds better to you under the given circumstances....

Speakers are best auditioned at home in the location you will place them since the room acoustics and your taste are very influential in any preference.

Price is not a good arbiter of sound quality IME.
