Hoping to get people's feedback on this. I'm in the market for a powered set of speakers for the bedroom and need some help deciding. I'd like to keep the budget under $250 if possible. I will be using a sub with these (which doesn't have a line-out). Let me know if I'm missing something, or if you think there's a better option.

Option 1 - JBL 305P MKii open box ($180)
Pros:
- Proven performance, I know I like the sound (have a pair of 308s)
- Look more premium
- HF and LF EQ options
Cons:
- Wouldn't be able to use my DAC, have to use headphone out on TV as I don't want to get up every time to change volume
- Would have to use y-splitter from TV to sub as they don't have sub out
- Rear ported (will be 6"-8" from the wall)

Option 2 - Neumi BS5P-ARC ($170)
Pros:
- ARC, option to use my DAC and have volume control (optical to DAC, volume control with included speakers remote)
- Sealed with use of provided foam plugs
- Sub out
Cons:
- BS5P-ARC no measurements available (they use a different woofer material than original BS5P). This is a big potential downside, but it could also be better?
- No EQ

Option 3 - Kanto YU open box ($200)
Pros:
- Look the nicest
- Sub out
- Remote with tone controls, ability to use with DAC
Cons:
- Least linear response
- Smaller 4" woofer
- Rear ported

What would you buy?
