Do y'all think this is OK as a DDC?

I assume not high SQ as a DAC.

Not seeking "perfect" but great value, don't need another DAC but if that's included, willing to pay a bit more to get a decent one. RCA analog, level / preamp control would be nice or gain matching anyway.

Really it's the DDC - Coax in (ideally transformer isolated rare I know) and TOSlink out that is essential, maybe add USB.

Ideally all outputs concurrent, as with Topping D10s.

@amirm if you think it's worth testing "the winner" one I choose, I'll have one drop shipped

So-far summary

Coax in, TOSlink out are the basic sine qua non requirements.

So far, basic options include

...

A step up, includes Coax switching but only one output and no DAC

...

This has a likely crappy DAC, but also accepts HDMI ARC (not eARC) input, all outputs simultaneous
