Is this a good price for KH 310?

A dealer is offering me $1750 each for new Neumann KH 310 monitors. Is this a good price?
I feel like the used market for these has dried up in the US, but on second thought, the new version is about to come out...any day now...

That's about what I bought mine (inc. tax) for a few years ago, so the price seems decent to me (admittedly, I say thatwithout knowing much about the US market).

If it is worth waiting for the next model or not is entirely up to you. But I can say that when the next model comes I will not be upgrading as I am still very happy with my current speakers. They still put a smile on my face whenever I listen to them, which is more or less daily. My only gripe after these years of daily use is the heat from the integrated amps, a new model with more efficient amps would be a very nice change.

Sounds like a decent price to me. There's a good possibility that the new model will be much more expensive too.
