Is there an app like USB Audio Player Pro for the iPhone?

Many/most newer car models have eliminated their previous 3.5 line-in jack. An unfortunate design change for scenarios such as this.
 
I bought UAPP and I was wondering if it can play Local (downloaded) Tidal files?
