Is there a Windows utility that allows for changing the volume of multiple sound cards without changing the default playback device?

I use multiple USB and integrated sound devices in my setup along with audio processing software that acts like a virtual sound card. I find myself fiddling with volumes too much.
I would like to be able to see and adjust the Windows volume of all attached sound cards, not only the currently active one. I know those volumes persist in the system because when I switch between outputs, the Windows volume correctly shows the last setting for that device. Windows mixer has volumes for all active sources, but not for all outputs.

Maybe these can help you.
thanks. I'll try the Ear Trumpet.

The Ear Trumpet is exactly what I needed. On this laptop I have two hardware outputs and one virtual output, the Ear Trumpet has their volumes all in one place. My work computer has more I/O, so this app will be a very welcome addition.
