Onkyo 9.2 is almost half the price of denon or marantz receivers that has xt32.
Have anyone used Onkyo AccuEq Advance?
I only care about flattening out below 300hz.

Nope. There are only 3 bands available as a peq and it is limited to min 62.5Hz. Not usable for low frequency correction.

but if it is min 62.5 then why is 300 not possible?

62.5 is probably not low enough nor is only 3 bands.

AccuEq is actually Pioneer's MCACC renamed, so both suck equally...

I think the extent of that inclusion of MCACC features into AccuEQ may be model dependent. Haven't checked lately, tho as neither are all that interesting as XT32 (especially with use of the app to limit corrections to 300hz)

I've a couple XT units, but think the one with XT32 does a better job but I don't have the models that can use the app to manipulate just the low frequency separately, would like to play with that....

is the meaning of the filter resolution something like smoothness?
The resolution of the correction related to the number of filter taps. I don't know what you mean by smoothness.
