Is it possible to create a balanced RCA to XLR cable?

Not sure I understand why the resistor is needed for an RCA to XLR cable from a turntable that is balanced already…
The RCA connections MIGHT be connected to the turntable's ground and any internal shielding. In that case, one of the signal wires is still "grounded" and you don't have a proper balanced connection.
BTW,
starquad cable
?

That's a tad heavy on the capacitance, which could become an issue with MMs. Alternatively, one could use it for a pair of channels but it's not exactly optimized for that... granted, given the crosstalk performance of phono cartridges (25 dB on a good day) a bit of capacitive coupling may not be terribly relevant.

You’re absolutely right about the capacitance - so any low capacitance balanced variant… Like SC-Epilogue for example
