Is it possible to change language to english in this particular car radio?

Hi, I tried to put this particular car radio of my cousin's to english (or Spanish for that matter), no luck so far. I cannot read Japanese so I tried looking for the right settings using Google Translate and ChatGPT. But despite a lot of effort I couldn't get the desired result.
I am starting to wonder whether this radio does not support languages other that Japanese.
I am used to car radios having both English and Spanish (no Japanese), I have a Sony CDX-G1200U, and used to have a Pioneer DEH-X3850UI, and both had that option. I at least expected this Japanese radio to have English available, and not finding it was a bit of a shock.
Any help, or thoughts on this matter?

Hi @JosueChG! Welcome to ASR.

I recommend you use the Google Translate App for iOS or Android, which will live translate everything in front of the camera. That makes navigating a UI in a foreign language much easier, as you don't have to take separate pictures and translate those individually.

The option to change language should be in the Monitor settings or Menu settings shown in your third photo.

I presume this was installed in an imported Japanese used car.
I'd be very surprised if this has English language support if it was designed for Japanese domestic use only.
