Is it ok to have error in frequency response?

I am learning how to use VituixCad and have set up a project where the frequency response/impedance chart have been traced using the SPL trace tool. But no matter what values I set for the frequency reference points, or if I use log f axis, it has an incorrect frequency. Is this OK as long as all the graphs use the same scale, or is there another way I need to approach the tracing?
