Integrated Quad Plate Measurement

next time it'll be brutal, and we'll demand payment :)
I like him already, you'll have to get past me first! :D

It seems then that it is only a matter of perspective related with the volume getting closer to the maximum possible position?
XLR and RCA I think it doesn't matter. Usually they use more gain on RCA (+6dB) to get into the same result. The difference though is on the better SNR and advantages that balance XLR connection can give.
You will be surprised also that Bryston uses also a similar 23dB gain across all their amplifiers. It doesn't matter what wattage they are claiming that they can output. You can give a greater voltage, you get the more wattage.
As for your speakers they are of moderate sensitivity, but again what matter is the listening distance, room size and also level of the material. If you have the desired loudness nothing matter unless you are reaching hearable distortion. With internal DAC almost not possible. With external source even having a -6 dB or lower as volume indicator makes it also mostly not possible.

I dunno why you brought up Wi-Fi?

Going to XLR changes nothing wrt "quality" of output unless you're getting RF interference or going ling distances.

Spending more on a bigger DAC is throwing money away, especially if all you want is a higher voltage line driver.

Which it turns out you don't even need, since you have no real problem?

Assuming the answers to these

> Are you now saying that your only problem here is the SCALING if the volume control? Like you need to turn it farther "up" to get to the max SPL you want?

and this

> Are you reaching an SPL higher than you actually want to play your system?

are YES.

We're spending hours here collectively advising you, least you can do is answer direct questions!

> That is not a problem, in fact it's A Good Thing, gives you finer control.

Yes, I understand, I already told you.

Everything's fine, I had the wrong idea, but it's not :)

The Wi-Fi was a translator error, I wrote Wiim...

I confirm again, everything's solved! On the one hand, my lack of experience, on the other, a much larger room than the previous ones (previously 3X4, now 7X5), this created a lot of confusion.

More brutal than ever!!! :p:p:p
Thanks again.

Meters, obviously....

The translator does what he wants now, but we understand each other in general...

Better than nothing!
Until next time, best wishes to everyone.
