The good:

Foam around speaker leads - great!
Anti-vibration foam pads for the board.
Liberal use of silicone to keep larger components from vibrating their solder joints loose.
Good bracing of the cabinet.

The not so good:
ChengX electrolytics in a no airflow environment. I get that it's a budget speaker, but would 105C Teapos be too much to ask?
Internal dampening looks a little insufficient to me. Wouldn't hurt to use something a bit more absorbent...

That PCA needs flux cleaning, too. I'd hit it with Flux-Off, or at least some isopropyl and a flux brush.

IMO the flux could be ignored since it shouldn't impact reliability much if at all, at the budget end of products I expect them to not be detail perfect, but then hey, it's another thing if it uses some caps dying in 2 years

Any photos of the drivers? I know I should listen with my ears, not eyes, and know if things measure well I shouldn't care about details like cast-frames on the woofers etc. But, so many active monitors in this price range use such cheap-looking drivers, and seeing them relative to the drivers available in passive DIY etc. speakers helps to put the price in perspective. Since you cracked them open, curious if you took any photos. Also, anyone recognize the class-D chip?
