The P360s Are decent. The 300s certainly look similar, the same configuration, etc. though the drivers are different, the tweeter not having the diffraction ribs that the 360s have and the woofer cones a different material perhaps. For me, I would consider them provided you can run a frequency response sweep through them to discover any damage to the drivers, particularly the tweeter. The ones in the 360s are prone to be fried and not easily replaced. Interestingly, the only images I found of the 300s in a Google search were from countries outside North America.
