In search of an available DAC

Hi guys,

I have a feeling SMSL aka hifiexpress is not honest with me and shipping of my long time ago ordered M300 MK2 has not happened despite of what they wrote me.

So what are my options I´m thinking.

What I was looking for:
Really good Dac
With all the fuzz about the ESS stuff it´ll better be a AKM powered DAC
XLR-Output for my SMSL SP200
RCA-Output for my Denon AVR-X4500H.
Hopefully an auto on function to start with my computer but that´s not a dealbreaker.


So any ideas?
M500 ticks most boxes....ESS stuff....and I pay for a headphone amp I just don´t need because I have much better SP200.
Plus the current rumor of temperatur related problems with the M500 makes me even more sure to skip the ESS stuff currently.
So of course there a surely endless options....but my Limit is 500€.
I don´t care if it has a bad headphone amp included as long as it has the decent dac.

Please don´t tell me what is going to be released....I need an available device.

this thing even has MQA....for those whom matters.

Well....this is of course the cheapest way to go....and does not really match "really good DAC"
