In-line hardware EQ for headphones?

I can't seem to figure out a digital solution to EQ for all my headphones with all sources. Has anyone made an in-line hardware EQ that would do the trick? A portable device to go between DAC and headphones would be ideal. How are you guys solving this problem?

I have been solving it thus far by not EQing my headphones and being dissatisfied with their sound.

It can do USB like a typical dongle and Bluetooth.
There is no line in.
I use it via USB when I am at my desk at work and via Bluetooth while out and about.
So far, I am very impressed with it.

IMO, don't be put off by DAC measurements. THD is still 90db down. It's fine. Really..
