Impact of covid Hifi market

At the beginning of the pandemic I thought that a lot of brands, small manufacturers would disappear.

But I have several bells? the successive confinements would benefit the hifi market and some have never sold as much ...

but other opinions are much more pessimistic?

The more we are at home, the more we read ASR, and the more we are buying excellent products.

Being unable to try or demo speakers probably makes even the general buying public more hungry for reliable specs and performance data.

From what's been posted here, it seems that money spent going out is instead going to improving life at home, returning to old projects, indulging in hobbies, etc.
