As a sound mixer, I’m just curious about how IMAX audio systems are calibrated. I’m aware about the bass management thing. Multiple questions I have:
1. What is the band pass filter for the subwoofer, is it 20-70Hz ?
2. How much gain and level of bass is sent in each channel ?
3. Does IMAX use a full range linear response or a alternate version of X-curve ?
4. What is the sound level of the subwoofer ?
