I'm looking for something to hold the IEM around my head so it doesn't tug on my ears.

I'm experiencing discomfort with my IEM (In-Ear Monitor) cables pulling on my ears. I'm looking for a solution to keep the cables securely in place around my head, preventing them from tugging on my ears during use.

Not got a chin bobble on your cable? If so try using that and also try down the back of your neck, pro style

I'd like to know what a chin bobble is.
I'm trying out the cable behind the neck and it's working great, thanks for the advice. You can really feel the difference.

At the point where the l & r cables split lots of cables have a little bead or a detachable part of the Y split joint that can slide up to cinch the cables together higher up. Usually under your chin.

If you don't have one you can use one of those little velcro strips to do the same

A simple one is to wrap the wire over your ear

Much to my surprise there is a headband solving your problem:

I found a great solution, using a hat or a headband with glue and some cable clips like this ones would do the job great, just sharing if someone need a solution to this too.
