iFi Zen Stream to Eversolo T8: worth it?

I have an iFi zen stream which I’m pretty happy with but the Eversolo T8 seems like a great transport.
From a pure sound quality standpoint, would the T8 provide a significant upgrade over the iFi Zen Stream or only a marginal one?

The only sound quality advantage the T8 would have over the Zen Stream is the former's built-in room correction.

Without using that, so straight out of the box, they will sound identical.
