I can't read it, not being a member...

I'm currently a university student and can access journal articles via my school.

Obviously I don't want to get on the IEEE's bad side, but if anyone wants to read an article for - let's say - educational purposes, feel free to send me a private message.

Welcome to the forum Beeface. I know AES allows limited quoting of papers so hopefully IEEE is the same.

Fair use applies, so quotes of key passages with proper reference is usually OK, but sending a copy of a paper to another person is generally a copyright violation. Hate to be a downer, but after paying my dues for ~37 years I am against just giving stuff away that others have paid for. Enough of that going on elsewhere...
